Sponsorship

The annual Chronic Disease Day campaign engages national healthcare policymakers, expert voices and chronic and rare disease community members to raise awareness about ways we can build healthier communities across the country and expand access to care solutions for those in need.

Chronic Disease Day was established by the national nonprofit charitable foundation Good Days in 2014. Today it receives national recognition and active support from more than two dozen leading nonprofit healthcare organizations and associations including the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, the American Heart Association, the American Lung Association, the American Liver Foundation and the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
